You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Email verification is required to accept tasks.
Requesters fund a task; the reward is held in escrow and released to the helper after the requester confirms completion. A platform commission applies to settled tasks.
No charity or donation requests, no off-platform contact sharing, no illegal tasks, no harassment.
Disputes are reviewed using the evidence attached to each task (photo, GPS, timestamps, chat).
